What exactly do I get?
An email on every morning with new flats that match your city, rooms, and rent. Each flat links to the cooperative. The yearly and Plus plans add a mass application.
Can I see first whether it is worth it?
Yes. Draw your floor plan on this page: we show at once how many matching flats were new in the last 30 days. The list of all flats is free too.
How do I cancel?
Through the “Manage plan” link in every email. The plan ends at the end of the paid period and does not renew.
Do I get my money back?
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal; the details are in the withdrawal policy. We do not offer a money-back guarantee beyond that.
What if I do not find a flat?
We cannot guarantee an offer – the cooperative decides. We make sure you see new flats early. With the monthly plan you can stop at the end of any month.
What happens to my data?
We store your email address and your filters to send you matching flats. Payment runs through Stripe; we never see card data. For the mass application your details go only to the cooperatives in your city. Details in the privacy policy.

How fast does it work?
The alert runs from the next morning. How long the search takes depends on city, rooms, and rent; the number next to your floor plan shows how much was new in the last 30 days.

No. We are a search and alert service. You always apply directly to the cooperative.
